John was so helpful throughout our search to find a home in Suffolk. He was proactive in searching and notifying us of any options as soon as they were available. We had specific things we were looking for in a home and he patiently worked with us to find the right one. "Outstanding" is not even enough of a description for the customer care we received from him, even though the search lasted for months and we looked at a lot of houses!
